Benriach is known as the laboratory of Speyside, standing out for its unconventional approach to whisky making that includes producing unpeated, peated, and triple distilled spirits.
History
The distillery was founded in 1898 by John Duff but fell victim to the industry crash shortly after, remaining silent for sixty-five years until it was revived in 1965 to begin its journey as a center for creative maturation.

The Benriach The Original Ten is a definitive Speyside malt that showcases the distillery’s signature multilayered character through maturation in bourbon, sherry, and virgin oak casks.
Tasting Notes
The nose reveals a rich orchard fruit character with notes of honey and toasted oak, while the palate is creamy and smooth with flavors of ripe pear, nectarine, and a delicate touch of almond on the finish.
