Cardhu

Distillery

Cardhu is a cornerstone of the Speyside region, famous for its elegant, approachable spirit and its historical role as the spiritual home of Johnnie Walker.

History

The distillery was famously pioneered by Helen Cumming in 1811 and later expanded by her daughter-in-law Elizabeth, making it one of the few distilleries in Scotland with a legacy defined by two generations of determined women.

Signature Whisky

The Cardhu 12 Year Old is the quintessential expression of the distillery, known for its smooth, honeyed character and its distinctive, wide-necked decanter-style bottle.
